He has extensive Executive and Board experience in many facets of Business, mainly Financial Services, Mining, Aviation and Manufacturing sectors. Not only is his skill-​set one of a financial nature, but includes Operational, Human Resources, Information Technology and Marketing skills.

Rob has experience in Balance Sheet and Debt restructurings, raising of Finance as well as Joint Venture and Shareholders Strategic issues.
